Join Jen for a class that fuses yoga, stretching, strength, resistance bands, cardio, and more! All levels are welcome, modifications will be made to meet everyone's ability, safety, and enjoyment. Whether you play tennis, golf, run, or someone that needs to get some exercise before work, this class is for you!


Yin & Restore 

Monday and Wednesday at 10am

Yin Yoga is an all-levels class. It is a gentle practice in which postures, mainly focused on the lower body, are passively held for several minutes. It is an opportunity to turn your focus inward and slowly open the body. By relaxing all muscular (Yang) effort, we allow the body’s own weight to gently stretch the underlying (Yin) connective tissues. As connective tissues are stretched, movement becomes easier and its full range becomes revealed. Yin Yoga facilitates the development of a strong inner, kinesthetic, sense of the body’s movement capacities and limitations. It also supports the body’s healing of injury, making it an effective physio-therapeutic practice. The latter part of class focuses on restoration and relaxation.  Restorative Yoga is done mostly lying down, with the support of props for all poses. Restorative postures were formulated as a way to deeply restore the body, by calming the mind and the central nervous system. This class will help you feel energized when you’re feeling low and in need of grounding. Practicing Restorative Yoga will also assist in boosting your immune system and increasing flexibility. This class will leave you feeling nourished, rested and deeply relaxed. 

This class is open to everyone. No experience is required.

Kriya Flow {All Levels} 

Fridays at 9:30am

Empower the body as well as the spirit in this unique fusion of kundalini kriyas with asana flow. Pranayama breath work and the combination of mantras with hand mudras leaves you feeling re-balanced after class and offer a lingering sense of heightened spirit.

The Path :: 8 Week Series

The Path is a nourishing blend of yoga, connection and self-discovery.
Yoga:  We move through an all levels practice that is safe both physically and emotionally. It clears the path for introspection, grounding, healing, awareness and intention.  It is both fluid and still and the focus is not only on the movement but how we feel within that movement.
Connection: The Path is a weekly ritual of showing up for yourself. It’s not only about connecting with yourself but also with other like- minded women that have been craving authentic interaction as well as truthful conversation. We carve out space for ourselves each week. We show up again and again; even in the chaos, even when we don’t want to. We do this not just for ourselves but each other. Your pain is our pain.  Your joy is our joy.  Your healing is our healing.  When we practice courage, bravery and vulnerability, it gives others permission to do the same. We do it together.  Self Discovery: Our lives are better when our insides match our outsides.  Yoga, Connection, Journaling, Breathing and Meditation lead us toward a path of peace, dignity and grace; not only for ourselves but for our immediate world around us and beyond.

First and Third Fridays of Each Month at 6pm

Uncover. Discover. Recover.

We are all recovering or have recovered from something. We have survived anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. We are dealing with or have recovered from substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. We have survived chronic illness or major disease. We have risen back up from broken hearts, job loss, self-harm and divorce. We may be in the throws of the addiction to busy-ness, co-dependence, eating disorders or perfectionism.

Whatever it is, we have the ability to survive, recover and thrive.

Join Jen for a gentle yoga practice that includes a unique and powerful combination of asana + internal inquiry.

How To Listen To Your Body (Intuitive Movement for Beginners) 

Fridays at 7:30pm

Have you ever heard someone say "listen to your body" and you were confused?

 

A lot of the times, we will MOVE or exercise our bodies by THINKING our way through it. We worry about doing movement "right" or "looking good." We get stuck in moving our bodies only because we "should." 
 

What we fail to recognize is that our bodies already know what they need...and it's up to us to LISTEN. This can be done through "intuitive movement."
 

Come to this class for some simple guidance, easy exercises and judgement free space, to help you open up a dialogue with your body...maybe for the first time ever. 
 

Once the dialogue is open, you'll find that there's an unlimited source of wisdom within your body; wisdom that can help you in all areas of life. You'll feel a sense of relief from over thinking. You'll see that intuitive movement can actually feel really good and it can even help you move through difficult emotions.  


Let's Get INTU·IT·IVE (Modern Dance) 

Saturdays at 7:30pm
 

This class is for more experienced movers/dancers who crave a feeling of freedom and connection with their bodies. 
 

The class holds SOME structure/guidance...but ultimately encourages you to flow and follow your intuition within that structure. 
 

The intention here is to EXPLORE, PLAY and LISTEN...to be SURPRISED by what comes forth and CONNECT deeply with your body. 
 

Join Riley for this one of a kind dance class. 

 

Kids Yoga :: Funky Monkeys!

Saturdays 9am

This truly innovative class makes yoga accessible to young ones by combining playful songs with traditional postures, while effectively teaching our Little Yogis the value of breathing exercises and mindful meditation. Yoga-themed games keep children engaged while instilling proper postures and pranayama. 

Recommended ages 4-10.  Silly smiles and spirits encouraged!

 

     Candlelight Gentle + Yin

     Wednesdays at 6pm

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, join us mid-week to get out of “hurry-mode” and into a sense of relaxation for the perfect mix of Gentle + Yin to reset and balance your mind, body and spirit.

The movement is gentle, the music is soft, concluding with sweet resting postures lasting 2-8 minutes targeting the fascia and deep connective tissues of the body. Leave with a sense of tranquility ready to take on the rest of the week!

You may go home for the best night’s sleep of the week!

Fit Mamas

Mondays and Thursdays at 11:30am

Fit Mamas is a fitness and wellness class designed to bring both mother and child together on a journey of overall health and wellness. This class will encompass mind, body and spiritual wellness through a course of various forms of exercise, nutrition awareness, and mental and spiritual wellness coaching held in a group setting, all while learning how to involve growing little humans into the process.

 

Gentle Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday at 10:15am

Align. Stabilize. Stretch. Strength.

The slower pace of this Gentle classes allows time to modify each posture to best suit your body. These extremely accessible classes are an ideal choice for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support—from seniors to pregnant women to world-class athletes.

*Modifications are always made for injury and for the safety of all participants.
