Gentle Yoga

For students looking for a more gentle experience, are new to yoga or just want the opportunity to slow down. This class incorporates breath and slower movement,body awareness, gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.

Midweek Flow

This class blends alignment based yoga shapes and a gentle flow. This class is appropriate for everyone, including beginners.

Vinyasa Flow

In this class we connect breath with movement, flowing from one pose to the next building strength, flexibility, and balance while focusing on proper alignment. All levels are welcome. Options for increasing or decreasing intensity are offered throughout the class. Props and modifications are encouraged to accommodate your body’s needs.

Strength + Stretch

This class combines yoga shapes, resistance bands, light weights and/or yoga blocks.
*students can opt out of using props and follow with movement only; your mat, your practice.

Sound Bath Sundays

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind + body.

Weekend Slow Flow

Join us on the beautiful green space in Old Town La Quinta for an early morning flow that will include both hatha and vinyasa flow (pausing and holding shapes as well as moving fluidly through a sequence.)

Deep Stretch

End your week and begin the next refreshed and restored. This class infuses gentle stretching as well guided meditation or yoga nidra (non sleep, deep rest).

Friday Flow

This invigorating class will incorporate some floor stretching as well as hatha and vinyasa flow; three breath and one breath movements. We incorporate balance, strength and mindfulness.

Breath Work

Breathwork has so many benefits that it can be difficult to put into the works the magic that occurs in a private or group session.

Stretch & Restore

A great way to end the week and begin another.
This class spends half the class mindfully stretching the main muscle groups or class requests and the last 25 in supported restorative postures that ground and center you and your nervous system.
The most difficult part of this class is getting your props set up. ;-)

Vin to Yin

A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of yoga; Slow Flow fuses the yin style of longer held passive postures with a more dynamic, yang style of gentle vinyasa (flow).

We begin with more movement to awaken the body and mind and then move to postures that are held for a period of time encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind.
Vin to Yin is a WIN/WIN for body and mind.
