Support can come in many different ways; therapy, friends, mentoring and movement.
We can't possibly know ALL of the answers.
Having a neutral perspective in a sacred, private, non-judgmental space is a powerful combination that can facilitate healing and creating space to find the path again.

The Path

Group Connection

 The Path™ is a weekly observance and practice of radical self-care. {Radical in the sense that the person we are showing up for is ourselves.)  It's not just a yoga class; it's a pilgrimage taken with like minded women that creates a bond of support that we both desire & need. This connection is fundamental to thrive in our human-ness as moms, friends, partners, entrepreneurs, wives and sisters... ad infinitum. 

Connection. Community. Conversation.

We create sacred space for introspection, stillness, connection, growth and self-discovery. We show up; amidst life’s tornadoes, when we are too busy and especially when we don’t want to.

We do this not just for ourselves but each other. Your pain is our pain.  Your joy is our joy.  Your healing is our healing. 

When we practice authenticity, awareness, honesty and vulnerability, it gives others permission to do the same. We do it together.

The idea is that we CREATE a PRACTICE.
That is really a fancy way of saying: “starting a new habit”.

Private Sessions

Private | In Person | Sacred

One-on-one sessions start with an intake and discuss reasons for seeking therapeutic-based yoga and goals for working together. Based on the information shared, if appropriate for the issue, I will do a physical assessment. Based on the assessment and our time together, I will offer postures, breath work and/or meditation to create a time friendly, individualized home practice. While honoring and being aware of the connection of body, mind and spirit, our work together will be uncovering and discovering the root of the problem, limitation or concern so you can get back to what is meaningful to you.

Therapeutic-based yoga, with its many facets and teachings, is client centered and can support in creating change in your life's experience. In a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment, we can work together to address:

  • Physical Injury/Concerns

  • Increasing Mobility/Flexibility

  • Stress & Anxiety

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Substance / Processes Recovery

  • Grief & Life Transition
